Meet Lucretia Williams.

Building practical ways for owner led businesses to use AI without adding more complexity to the workday.

Most people ask how a business can use AI. Lucretia also asks what happens on the other side: How is AI understanding the business when it helps a customer research, compare, and choose?

Why this work exists

From big company strategy to the owner doing it all.

I spent 17 years doing marketing and strategy for companies with big budgets, including Global 500 telecom and high tech companies.

I saw the machinery large organizations use to stay visible: teams, research, systems, specialists, technology, and time.

Then I ran my own business with no team, doing the marketing, the books, the customer follow up, and everything else at 11 at night. I discovered that most of that machinery was never built for the person doing it all.

Small businesses, solo owners, and agencies do not need enterprise complexity repackaged as another overwhelming course. They need a practical way to decide what matters, use AI where it helps, and make the next move.

The idea behind the work

AI is now on both sides of the sale. Your AI helps you market. Their AI helps them choose.

The first side is familiar. Businesses use AI to research, create, analyze, respond, and complete work. On the other side, customers use AI to ask questions, compare choices, check reputations, research products, and decide what deserves attention.

Lucretia’s work connects both sides. It does not claim to control how AI systems choose an answer. It focuses on what a business can responsibly improve: clear public information, credible evidence, practical AI use, realistic testing, and measured business results.

The Four Pillars of Agentic Marketing

Lucretia created the Four Pillars to help a business decide what to examine first.

01

Findable

Can relevant systems reach the information the business intended to publish?

02

Legible

Can they form a clear understanding of the business and its offers?

03

Trusted

Can important claims be checked against current and credible evidence?

04

Recommended

What appears in realistic tests, and what should the business reasonably improve?

Building the method in public

The goal is not to become another person repeating AI news or publishing endless tool lists.

Lucretia follows important AI changes, tests what named systems show about real businesses, looks for missing or inconsistent information, and explains what the result means in everyday language.

The work is guided by practical questions: What does the system say? Which public sources appear to support that answer? What information is missing or unclear? What can the owner reasonably fix? What did one test show, and what did it not prove?

Those observations become podcast episodes, field notes, practical training, checklists, case studies, and better tools for business owners.

What Lucretia believes

Practical beats performative

AI should make useful work easier. Complicated is not automatically better.

Evidence beats hype

A documented platform rule, one test, and a measured sale are not the same thing.

The owner still matters

AI can assist with work. It does not replace judgment, responsibility, service, or relationships.

Clear information is an asset

Accurate services, ownership, location, policies, proof, and offers help people and systems understand the business.
