Agentic Marketing Academy is operated by Kebono, LLC ("Kebono," "we," "us," or "our"). These terms govern your use of our websites and the digital products, free resources, and educational programs we sell or give away through them. By using any of these sites, downloading a resource, or buying a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the sites.
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we handle it. The Privacy Policy is part of these terms.
These terms apply to the following websites, including their subdomains and any pages, checkouts, forms, or resources hosted on them:
They also cover every digital product, download, checklist, scorecard, assessment, newsletter, and podcast we publish through those sites, including The AI Edge kit and the free checklists and scorecards.
One exception. Paid Follow Up Intelligence service engagements, meaning the audit, strategic blueprints, consulting, and done for you implementation, are governed by the separate Follow Up Intelligence Terms and Conditions and by whatever written agreement or proposal you sign for that work. Those terms have their own scheduling, cancellation, and refund rules. If the two documents ever conflict on a service engagement, the Follow Up Intelligence terms control.
We publish educational content about marketing, AI discoverability, follow up, and how businesses get found and chosen by AI systems. Everything we publish is education and general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or professional advice for your specific situation, and using it does not create a professional or advisory relationship between us.
Decisions about your business are yours. Please talk to a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here in a way that carries real risk or cost.
We teach what our research and our own experience show works. We cannot and do not guarantee any particular business outcome, revenue result, search ranking, citation, or AI recommendation placement. Nobody can. AI platforms change constantly and are completely outside our control.
What actually happens depends on your implementation, your market, your timing, and a long list of factors no educator can promise. Any example, figure, or case we describe is an illustration of a method, not a prediction of what your business will earn.
Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars and may change at any time before you buy. The price you pay is the one displayed at the moment you complete your purchase. Payment is processed by our payment provider, not by us, and is subject to their terms. You are responsible for any taxes that apply where you live.
Our digital products are delivered immediately and in full, and cannot be returned once delivered. All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds, and we do not offer a money back guarantee. We say this plainly on the sales page before you buy, and by completing your purchase you confirm you understand it.
This is not us being difficult about it. A download cannot be un downloaded, and we would rather be honest about that up front than run a guarantee we do not mean.
Final sale is not the same as no support. If a file does not reach you, arrives damaged, is the wrong file, or a download link fails, tell us and we will fix it. Email support@agenticmarketingacademy.com with the email address you used at checkout and we will get you what you paid for.
If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us first. We would much rather solve it directly than through your card issuer. Filing a chargeback on a product that was delivered may result in our ending your access to it and declining future purchases.
Digital products are delivered to the email address you provide at checkout, usually within a few minutes. Please use an address you can actually receive mail at, and check your spam folder before assuming something did not arrive.
We intend to keep download links and hosted materials available for as long as we offer the product, but we cannot promise indefinite access to any hosted file. Download and save your files when you receive them. If a link has expired and you bought the product, contact support and we will reissue it.
Everything we publish, including written material, course content, downloads, templates, checklists, scorecards, audio, and the underlying frameworks and methodologies, is owned by Kebono, LLC and is protected by copyright and other laws. This includes The Leveling Window™, the Agent Invisibility Tax™, the Four Pillars of Agentic Marketing™, Follow Up Intelligence™, the Agentic Readiness Checklist, and The AI Edge.
When you buy a digital product, or download a free resource, you get a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to use it inside your own business, for as long as these terms are in effect. That means you can read it, fill it in, adapt the templates to your own business, and use the results commercially in your own operations.
Sharing a link to our sites is always welcome, and quoting us with attribution is fine.
When you use our sites or services, you agree to:
Calls to our published phone number may be answered by an automated assistant rather than a person. It can answer questions, send you a link, and book a call. If you would rather speak to a person, say so and we will arrange a callback. Some questions are beyond what it can answer, and it will tell you so rather than guess.
Kebono, LLC may send SMS text messages to people who opt in. Messages may include the links and resources you asked for, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, and occasional promotions. Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences.
By giving us your mobile number and opting in, you authorize Kebono, LLC to send text messages to that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to (769) 241-3722. We will send one confirmation, and after that you will not receive further SMS messages from us.
If you change your mind, you can opt in again using the same method you used the first time.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors who support our operations, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent, and that information will not be shared with any third parties. Kebono, LLC will never sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or any personal information collected through our SMS program with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
By giving us your email address, you agree to receive email from us, including the resource you requested, purchase receipts and delivery, service updates, educational content, and promotional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by contacting support@agenticmarketingacademy.com.
Transactional messages, meaning receipts, delivery, and messages about something you bought, are not marketing and will still be sent after you unsubscribe from marketing email.
We reference and recommend third party platforms and tools throughout our educational content. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, pricing, security, or policies, and linking to them is not an endorsement of everything they do. Your dealings with them are between you and them.
Where we have a referral or affiliate relationship with a tool we recommend, we disclose it at the point of recommendation.
This section is what lawyers call indemnification. In plain terms, it means that if someone comes after us because of something you did, you handle it, not us.
You agree to cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees, if a claim is brought against us arising from:
This does not cover claims that come from something we did wrong. If the problem is ours, it stays ours.
If a claim like this comes in, we will tell you promptly, give you the chance to be involved in how it is handled, and we will not settle it in a way that costs you money without asking you first.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kebono, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our sites, products, or educational materials, even if we have been advised that such damages were possible. This includes loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, and loss of data.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Our sites and materials are provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations on liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mississippi, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
We may update these terms as our offerings change. Changes take effect when we post them, and the date at the top reflects the current version. Continuing to use our sites after a change means you accept the updated terms. We recommend checking back from time to time.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written agreement or checkout terms you accept for a specific product or engagement, are the entire agreement between you and Kebono, LLC on this subject, and replace any earlier understanding, whether written or spoken.
